Brrr.. It’s Time For Ugg Cool Weather Boots!

The Ugg Boot or simply Uggs is a common term for a style of sheepskin boot which has been made in Australia and New Zealand for almost 200 years. In the beginning, they were known as ‘Ug or Ugh Boots’ which is short for ‘Ugly’. However, an American importer (Koolaburra) presented the the name Ugg comes from the way the boot ‘hugs’ the wearer’s foot and legs. However, due to trademark issues, Uggs are far more frequently than not known in the retail world simply as Sheepskin Boots.
